I wrote this software for myself because I wanted to time myself when exercising and this has all the timers you will need there is a Countdown Timer a Rest Timer and a Total Timer how long you have been exercising it keeps a record of how many Lifts,Arm lefts,Pull ups,Sit ups,Push ups,Butt lifts and Leg Lifts it also keeps a record of the
weight you are Lifting you can also enter the amount of lifts and rest time and speed of lifts this also has speech telling you when to start exercising how many lifts and when to Rest here is a screen shot.
